A family album

Photo of grandmother and young granddaugher in field

Poppy (right) with her grandmother Florence.

Photo of father and daughter on sea front

This is Poppy's aunt Sarah, with her father, George.

These two photos were taken many years apart. They show Sarah and Poppy at similar ages and they look strikingly alike.

Photo of teenager in her bedroom

This is Poppy a few years later than the first photo.

Family group

This is Sarah (Poppy's aunt), George (Poppy's grandfather) and Andrew (Poppy's uncle).

The resemblance between Poppy and George is stronger in these photos.

Do people "grow into" or out of resemblances at different times?
