Vital Signs: Conference dinner

Wednesday 10th September, 7.00pm

The conference dinner will be at the Whitworth Art Gallery, a 10 minute walk from the conference venue (there are lots of buses/taxis on Oxford Road too).

The gallery is open for dinner guests from 7pm when you can have a drink and have a look round the Gulbenkian and Pilkington galleries. Dinner will start from 7.30pm. View the Whitworth Art Gallery website [new window].

Catering is provided by The Modern Caterer, who run the award-winning cafe at the Gallery and who specalise in tasty, seasonal food. View The Modern Caterer website [new window].

The cost of the dinner is subsidised so delegates just pay a supplement of £20 towards costs.

Sample menu

Food will be slightly different from most conference dinners: you will be able to help yourself to a range of starters, main courses and puddings. There will be a Middle Eastern theme to the dinner. The dinner will not be entirely vegetarian, unlike the conference lunches, but it will be vegetarian-friendly.
